The katipuneros who joined the battlecry were Roman Aguirre, Tomas Briones, Domingo de la Cruz, Valeriano Dalida, Claro Delgado, Angelo Fernandez, Benito Iban, Candido Iban, Simon Inocencio, Isidoro Jimenez, Catalino Mangat, Lamberto Mangat, Valeriano Masinda, Maximo Mationg, Simplicio Reyes, Canuto Segovia, Gabino Sucgang, Francisco Villorente, and Gabino Yonsal.

On April 2019, it was officially declared a "national landmark" by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP). The local government also declared March 23 a special public holiday in remembrance of their death anniversary.
