Sim Card Registration Act or Republic Act 11934 is now law as President Ferdinand Marcos Junior signed on October 10, 2022.
Under the Sim Card Registration Act, telecommunication companies are required to ask for the Sim Card user's personal information and a valid identification (I.D) or School I.D for minors.
