To strengthen skills and leadership, members and representatives of different organizations and publications of Aklan State University Banga Campus took part on the Oath Taking and two-day Leadership Training held at ASU Banga Amphitheater and ASU Conference Hall on September 21 and 22, respectively.
With the theme, "Forging Future Leaders: Building Character, Embracing Excellence," topics on effective and uniting leadership, lectures on measures for medical emergencies, building rapport, and discussions about office work were shared by speakers.
"The two vital components in building connections are the science of flirting and the power of communication," stated Mr. Cesar D. Oczon, the event's resource speaker on Day 1.
Furthermore, Ms. Mary Loannie G. Tenazas, Guidance Counselor III, shared her talk about nurturing emotional resiliency and dealing emotions in relation as a student leader along with other speakers on Day 2.
The said event was led by the ASU Banga University Student Council (USC) together with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).
