To provide an avenue for students to showcase their business-related knowledge and skills, the Junior Executive Society (JExS) held its 4th Annual Business Week with the theme “START-UP: The Business Voyage ” on March 21-22, 2023 at the Aklan State University Amphitheater.
“Success is not all about accumulating wealth, in economics, it's not all about accumulating profit, money, or both forms of valuable things in the world," said Dr. Ma. Jhoanna G. Guarin, Dean of the College of Business and Management (CBM).
Meanwhile, Ms. Sheree Reynaldo, the guest speaker of the event, talked about “The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Understanding the Mindset and Qualities Needed to Succeed as an Entrepreneur".
Moreover, the said event hosted different contests such as Mr. & Ms. JExS 2023, Business Booth, Business Video Advertisement, Business Pitch Competition, and Impromptu Business Speech.
The event was conducted in collaboration with the College of Business and Management Student Council.
