Dr. Biray received the International Luminary in Educational Leadership and Advocate for Inclusive Education Award with a plaque and certificate of recognition presented during the grandiose 6th Asia-Pacific Luminare Awards Night at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila, Parañaque City, Metro Manila on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Luminare Events, in collaboration with Kiwanis International, Okada Manila, and SMNI News Channel awarded the said distinction.
