The first-ever Investiture ceremony of Aklan State University was held at the Marzon Convention Center in Kalibo, Aklan, on December 1, 2022.

CHED Chairperson, Prospero E. De Vera III and ASU Board of Regents led the vesting of the Academic Gown, Hood, and Cap, presentation of the Presidential Medallion, University Mace, and the Ceremonial Signing of the Oath of Office.
Presidents from different SUCs, University officials, and local government officials of the Province of Aklan were in attendance.
